Frequently asked questions
What days and times are available for birthday parties?
We can host private birthday parties in our Learning Center on:
- Saturdays from 3:00pm-5:00pm
- Sundays from 11:00am-1:00pm
How far in advance do I need to reserve my party date?
Parties must be reserved at least 3 weeks in advance.
What does the birthday party cost include?
The $375 base price covers a 2-hour private party in our Learning Center, a dedicated party host, a make & take STEM activity for up to 8 party guests (or $20 per additional child), a table for food/cake/gifts, and basic party decor. Note: Your party may have a maximum of 18 people, including any adults attending.
Can I bring food to the Learning Center for my party?
You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and/or cake. Please note that we do not have the capacity to refrigerate or heat any food. Parents are responsible for their own paper goods, and no alcohol is allowed.
Can I come before guests arrive to set up food or additional things I have?
Yes, you may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your party start time if needed for additional set-up. If you’re planning to bring additional decorations, please let us know the details ahead of time to ensure our space is able to accommodate them.
Do you allow outside entertainment at the party, such as hired magicians or face-painters?
No, not at this time.
I’m ready to reserve a party date. What’s next?
Please complete our birthday inquiry form, and we’ll confirm with you if the requested date and time is available. To hold your party date, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required. This deposit will be credited toward your full party amount.
Parties must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event. Please communicate any guest count changes to us at least 7 days prior to the party date. We do not offer refunds past that deadline.
