Gabriela spent 14 years as an Arizona public school teacher and was named Arizona STEM Teacher of the Year (2021) by the Air Force Association, representing the Frank Luke Air Force Chapter. She was also West Point High School’s Teacher of the Year (2020–2021) and received the Pioneer Award from ASU’s EPICS program in 2020.
Passionate about engineering and environmental sustainability, she founded EcoRobotik in 2020 to make STEM learning more accessible to students of all levels.
She began her academic journey in Mechanical Engineering at Antonio José de Sucre Polytechnic University (UNEXPO) in Venezuela, later earning a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Chemistry with a Mathematics emphasis from Arizona State University. She also holds a Master of Science in IT Management from Grand Canyon University.

Trish Cortez has spent over 15 years in education, starting as a high school English teacher before transitioning to higher education and then corporate instructional design consulting, where she has worked for the past 5 years. She also teaches online college courses at Grand Canyon University.
Trish is a passionate partner in, serving on her children’s school PTA board and advising on curriculum for multiple organizations.

Dr. Vladimiro Mujica has been a research professor at Arizona State University since 2009, specializing in theoretical chemistry, nanoscience, electron transfer, solar energy, quantum relaxation theory, and nanophotonics.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Universidad de Concepción (Chile) and the Universidad Central de Venezuela (Venezuela), Dr. Mujica went on to complete a Ph.D. in Quantum Chemistry at Uppsala University (Sweden). Over the course of his career, he has worked as a visiting professor at Tel Aviv University, a chemistry professor at Universidad Central de Venezuela, and a research professor at Northwestern University.

Adrianna Gorosics is a junior at Arizona State University studying Biomedical Science with a focus on pandemic diseases and a minor in Global Health. Passionate about science and discovery, she enjoys experimenting with plants and exploring how biology connects to real-world challenges. Her academic interests are driven by a curiosity for how diseases spread and how global communities respond to health crises.
Outside the lab, Adrianna loves going to the gym, spending time with her dog Biscuit, and sharing her enthusiasm for science with younger students. She finds joy in teaching and mentoring kids, especially those just beginning their STEM journey. Her energy and dedication make her a valuable part of the Ecorobotik team, inspiring the next generation of curious minds.

As the lead coach at the EcoRobotik Foundation, Dylan brings fresh innovation and expertise in advanced Python coding to every program. He also actively supports his family business, balancing technical leadership with community involvement.
